1. DELIVERY INFORMATION
All purchases from djurdjawatson.com will be delivered by the following methods and to the following charges:
Please note all parcels will need to be signed for in person. Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery, either at home or work.
Please note that djurdjawatson.com cannot be held responsible for delays of any delivery that is caused by postal strikes or any other external influences.
Any additional charges, including taxes and duty incurred in the country of destination shall be the responsibility of the costumer.
Please notify us within 24 hours in case of goods damaged in transit. For this purpose please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In this case you are required to retain all the packaging as this may be needed when making a claim.
Generally we aim to deliver within 10 working days days of purchase. However, all Djurdja Watson jewellery is hand made in the UK and some items are made to order and may take longer to arrive. In case your delivery will take longer to dispatch that 10 working days from purchase we shall notify you by email of the time. If this is not suitable to you, you have the rights to cancel the order, or have a replacement item sent instead.
2. ORDERING ONLINE
All purchases from djurdjawatson.com are transacted through PayPal, providing you with a secure and proven payment system. We will ensure that your personal data will be kept secure and guarantee that any information you share with us will remain strictly confidential.
When your order is made online all goods must be paid for in full. We will confirm your order by email as soon as we receive the confirmation from the company clearing the credit or debit card.
3. RETURNS / EXCHANGES
All Djurdja Watson jewellery is handmade to order and unfortunately we DO NOT OFFER REFUND.
If you are not perfectly happy with your order WE ARE OFFERING RETURN/EXCHANGE within 7 days of receipt of your item.
Once the goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we are not liable for their loss or damage.
In case there is a FAULT, please contact us within 12 hours from receipt under email@example.com and let us know.
In case of returns please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, UNWORN , in a secure package.
For your own security please return the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the product. Please note we cannot be held accountable for returned goods lost in transit.
If you do not receive the goods within our stated delivery time, please contact us and we will provide you with a tracking number. We are not able to replace goods that have been lost by Royal Mail or FedEx until their statutory time for payment of insurance has passed. (In the case of Royal Mail this is 25 days from the date of delivery, or 35 days in the case of overseas delivery.)
All Djurdja Watson jewellery is placed in a box, wrapped with branded ribbon and placed in a black velvet pouch with our brand name on it.
All prices are shown in British Pound Sterling. Our prices are correct at the time of publication and goods are charged at the price shown on the website at the time of ordering. The price of goods on djurdjawatson.com is inclusive of VAT.
