DELIVERY

1 We will give you an estimated delivery date for the Goods but no times or dates provided by us are guaranteed.

2 We will arrange for packing and we will decide on the method of delivery either by post, courier or otherwise.

3 You must notify us promptly and in any event within 48 hours or receipt of any Goods if they appear to be damaged in transit.

In those circumstances, you must also keep all packaging as this may be required when making a claim.


CANCELLATION

All Djurdja Watson jewellery is handmade to order and unfortunately we DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

If you are not perfectly happy with your order WE ARE OFFERING RETURN/EXCHANGE within 7 days of receipt of your item.

Once the goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we are not liable for their loss or damage.

In case there is a FAULT, please contact us within 12 hours from receipt under info@djurdjawatson.com and let us know.

In case of returns please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging, UNWORN , in a secure package.

For your own security please return the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the product. Please note we cannot be held accountable for returned goods lost in transit.

If you do not receive the goods within our stated delivery time, please contact us and we will provide you with a tracking number. We are not able to replace goods that have been lost by Royal Mail or FedEx until their statutory time for payment of insurance has passed. (In the case of Royal Mail this is 25 days from the date of delivery, or 35 days in the case of overseas delivery.
